Our Cosmetic Glitter Gel uses the same high quality glitter that is in our body glitter line, suspended in a translucent gel.  Once applied the gel will dry smooth and matte. Can be used on your face, body, even hair! 
Each pack holds about .13 Fl OZ / 4 ml of glitter gel. Measures 2 inches X 3/5 inch x .25 inch .
